Oregon, with its constant rain and green wardrobe, is where I feel most at home. My dad is from the Portland area, so I get to visit quite often. It is also the home of eclectic coffee shops, friendly bookstores, and enchanting lighthouses.

My grandmother's favorite restaurant was Mo's in Lincoln City. Good memories.

Oh, what nice pictures, Skye - wonderful! I have really fond memories of Oregon, too; we lived in Eugene for a year when I was little, and so I have my first memories of snow from living in Oregon, and also my first memories of the Pacific ocean, especially the tide pools where I used to get to go play. How great that you are able to go back there often to visit: enjoy!!! :-)
